    Our wellness studio embodies the story of Joe himself – a long-standing enthusiast for using exercise to help build mental and physical strength with a down-to-earth approach to training programs whatever your fitness level.

    From the moment you walk through the door you know that Joe’s space is a unique place. Established during the COVID19 pandemic, Joe’s studio is designed to provide COVID-compliant space in a dedicated private environment that gives you all the opportunity of a fully equipped gym, with the personalized space of a private one-on-one tailored session.
    When we created Joe’s studio, we knew we wanted to provide something very different from a standard mass-market gym. Our clients are looking for bespoke programmes that are tailored individually to their personal physical and mental wellness goals. They are also offered a wide range of cutting-edge workout equipment in a beautifully created studio workout space. We offer a high quality, bespoke training experience in your own private personal paradise that is markedly different from the mass-market gym experience of days gone by.

    Let’s do it in your living room!. We train remotely so you can be anywhere; the garden, on holiday, or on the moon. As long as you have an internet link we can train beside you.

    At Joe’s studio, we offer a wide range of membership options to suit every budget and schedule! From single sessions all the way through to block bookings, all with free nutritional guidance and home exercise plans; we work with our clients to offer a flexible plan that won’t tie you into a long-term contract and that will work with your existing personal and professional commitments.

    • Newly equipped studio workout space with global brands and comprehensive options
    • An accessible studio operating throughout the week and online packages to suit the busier schedules
    • Pay how you want – digital or cash
    • Small family or couples group fitness classes (max 3 people)
