Why bother? Why bother indeed, I expect at some point in time you have uttered these words to yourself and simultaneously given up on something or someone in the process. Well, lets dig a little deeper, shall we?
Why bother with yourself? Self-improvement is hard, training is hard, relationships are hard, BUT all the most difficult things in life also have the best payoffs! We strive to get you to really think about what is important to you when you come in and train with us, the primary reasons for this are to ascertain what would be the best approach for you! At the end of the day, we are tailoring such a small part of your day to become one of the most rewarding parts of your day but why does this have to stop with your training? The simple answer is it doesn’t! We aim and strive to get you to really open up to us about you, I mean the clue is in the name ‘PERSONAL’ training but I digress. We aren’t just here to make you sweat and take our pay for it we are here for you, we are here to make you realise why it’s worth doing and how we can integrate this into your routine.
